  30.     Invoice Master is a comprehensive free text invoicing system that 
  31.     incorporates a stock control module and a sales ledger. It has been 
  32.     specially designed for businesses that need to mix free text items and 
  33.     stock items on the SAME invoice. 
  34.     
  35.     It's full featured stock control system integrates  fully with the 
  36.     invoicing module so that stock items entered onto the free text invoice 
  37.     are automatically deducted from the stock file. This is an advanced 
  38.     feature that is not commonly found on programs of this type.

  40.     The software will also handle customer discounts and different VAT 
  41.     rates, and has the facility to store an unlimited numbers of  delivery 
  42.     addresses for each account. Building firms, manufacturers and small 
  43.     garages are just three of the many types of businesses that are already 
  44.     using the Invoice Master package, and the list grows daily.

  46.     The program also has extensive credit control and sales analysis 
  47.     features, and will generate numerous reports and listings including 
  48.     debt chasing letters, statements, aged debt reports, sales day books, 
  49.     sales analysis reports, stock reorder reports and stock valuations. The 
  50.     program will also link with Sage Sterling accounting software for 
  51.     integration with a full accounts systems.

  58.     Patient Billing System is an invoicing and sales ledger program that 
  59.     has been designed for doctors and anaesthetists in private practice. It 
  60.     produces invoices on A5 note sized paper, and has facilities to send 
  61.     reminder notices to patients that have not paid their bills.

  63.     Among it's many features are facilities to view invoice details on 
  64.     screen, a payments routines to pay off outstanding invoices, user 
  65.     defined aged debt periods, user defined invoice layouts, and a database 
  66.     of operative procedures and associated fees which can be called up on 
  67.     the screen. Procedures can be selected from the pop-up display box and 
  68.     the standard fee for that procedure automatically entered into the 
  69.     bill.

  71.     The system will also handle group practices, and insurance company 
  72.     invoicing and will produce reports that will help a doctor to analyse 
  73.     his work over a yearly period. Income by doctor, income by patient and 
  74.     income by procedure reports are very helpful, as are lists of overdue 
  75.     bills and patient listings. This is a commercial software package that 
  76.     has only recently been released as a shareware product.

  84.     Petrol Master is the solution to the problems of the small petrol 
  85.     filling station. Quite simply it takes control of cash and credit sales 
  86.     in the filling station and produces sales analysis information and 
  87.     monthly petrol invoices. Throw away the old petrol account cards and 
  88.     register for Petrol Master and you won't know how you managed without 
  89.     it.

  91.     The program has facilities to set up an unlimited number of petrol 
  92.     account customers and cash payment types i.e. VISA, ACCESS etc.

  94.     Petrol sales can be split into nominal cost centres and the system 
  95.     provides end of day, and end of month cash and sales analysis reports. 
  96.     As well as petrol, other types of product can be entered onto the 
  97.     system and included in the analysis reports, for example shop items and 
  98.     motor oils. At the month end petrol invoices are automatically 
  99.     generated and printed by the system thus saving the tedious job of 
  100.     totalling up manual petrol invoices.

  102.     Credit control facilities are also built into the program so that the 
  103.     user can send out reminder letters and statements to overdue customers. 
  104.     Other features include, aged debtor listings, customer lists, invoice 
  105.     index display, YTD turnover by customer report, account on stop 
  106.     facility, on screen debtors control balance and much more. The system 
  107.     will also link with Sage Sterling accounts software for a full 
  108.     accounting system.
